1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Eventful.et, owned and operated by 2F Capital ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, ticketing services, QR entry verification systems, or mobile interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Ticketing & Inverse Payment Gateway Processing

All digital ticket purchases, VIP pass reservations, and registration transactions executed on Eventful.et are processed securely through the Inverse Payment Gateway (inverse.et).

• E-Ticket Issuance: Upon successful transaction confirmation via Inverse Payment Gateway, an official digital E-Ticket featuring a unique encrypted QR code will be generated and dispatched to your registered email and mobile number.
• Pricing & Taxes: Ticket prices listed on Eventful.et are established by event organizers and include applicable VAT and service fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Finality of Sales: All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial profit without prior written authorization from 2F Capital.

3. Event Entry & QR Access Validation

Attendees must present a valid digital QR E-Ticket (printed or on a mobile device) at the venue entrance. Eventful hardware scanners will validate the ticket against real-time attendance ledgers.

Event organizers and venue security reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual presenting a duplicated, altered, or fraudulent QR code, or violating venue safety protocols.

4. Event Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer:

• Cancelled Events: Ticket holders will receive a full refund processed automatically back to their original account via Inverse Payment Gateway.
• Postponed Events: Original tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refund requests for rescheduled dates must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the announcement.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers utilizing Eventful.et infrastructure warrant that they possess all required municipal permits, music licensing rights, and venue authorization under the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any legal dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
