• Transaction Records: Transaction identifiers and payment confirmation ledgers generated by Inverse Payment Gateway (inverse.et). We do NOT store credit card numbers or raw bank credentials on Eventful servers.
• Technical Data: IP address, device telemetry, browser type, and Google Tag Manager (GTM-5VS2HQLM) usage statistics.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

Your personal information is utilized strictly to deliver and improve our ticketing platform:

• Generating digital E-Tickets and sending SMS/email entry QR codes.
• Validating gate entry at venue turnstiles via Eventful scanner hardware.
• Notifying you of event postponements, venue updates, or security announcements.
• Analyzing platform performance and optimizing ticket booking response times.

3. Payment Security & Inverse Gateway Integration

All financial checkout procedures are redirected to and encrypted by Inverse Payment Gateway (inverse.et) utilizing bank-grade TLS 1.3 encryption protocols. Eventful.et only receives verified payment tokens confirming ticket approval.

4. Cookies & Analytics Policy

Eventful.et utilizes cookies and Google Tag Manager (GTM Container ID GTM-5VS2HQLM) to track anonymous aggregate traffic data, improve user flow, and verify checkout conversion rates. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
